Od samog po\u010detka, \u017eelela sam da taj biznis ima formu umetnosti, pa sam se stalno pitala kako da oplemenim i smek\u0161am kruta in\u017eenjerska pravila u okvirima konkurencije, prodaje i proizvodnje, odnosno sveta koji nas okru\u017euje. <\/p>\n<p>Izabrala sam ime ESTAR zato \u0161to su estri mirisne materije biljaka, vo\u0107a, povr\u0107a I \u010detinara, najdragocenijih darova prirode koje imamo. Ideja da ulep\u0161avam svet oko sebe i \u010dinim da se ljudi ose\u0107aju bolje dok se neguju motivisala je i pokrenula \u010ditavu ma\u0161ineriju kreativnih ljudi koji su me tada okru\u017eivali. Pri\u010da je po\u010dela lagano i boja\u017eljivo, postaju\u0107i polako moja nova realnost.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Estar-our-story_tamara_photo-deo-o-prjateljima-copy-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>SLOWLY AND TIMIDLY IT BECAME A REALITY<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Then I reached out to friends whose professions were different from mine. I listened to what they were telling me and analyzed it. Their thoughts and opinions. Suggestions. Brave ideas. I opened to the new spirit and as much as I didn\u2019t like some of until I realized that I had to accept them and find something beautiful and fragrant in them. Some ESTAR. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Intuitively, I felt I should establish a personal tone in addressing my clients. I asked myself the same question Umberto Eco asked: what would a curious visitor from space recognize as a concept of modern beauty? Is it achievable? How? Trainings and learnings, conversations, plans, analysis\u2026 it all led me to one important decision: become flexible and adjust the ester of my values to this new world.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>THE QUESTIONS KEPT COMING, BUT THE FAITH IN SUCCESS DID NOT WANE.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Thanks to hard work and great support of many, we presented our first product. I clearly remember that November day. We completed the first line of ESTAR shower gels, packed them, put labels on them and sent them to our first customers. I was immensely happy and proud of both: the small team that participated in it and myself. But what was the next step? What should we do with those creams? Who will buy them? What is the best way to reach out to new customers? How was I to explain them our values and principles? The questions kept coming, but the faith in success did not wane.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\nThat period was beautiful, pleasant and enthusiastic. I remember it as the time when without restraint and fear I made my dream come true. The time without \u201cwhat if\u201d analyzing and mental arithmetic combinations, without calculations, targets and predictions of any kind. And I would not want it any other way.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>After that fluttering naive period, the cloudy season began: obstacles were lined up, numerous challenges were before me and reality killed the magic. There were circumstances that did not depend on me and the world around us was changing. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/our-story_tamara_photo-copy.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>TRAININGS AND LEARNINGS, CONVERSATIONS, PLANS, ANALYSIS\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<p>And then the Renaissance period began. ESTAR may have been the fruit of my ideas and vision in the beginning, but after almost twenty years of hard, persistent work it became an interesting platform of different perspectives and beautiful relationships with dear people, our clients. Honest communication eventually turned into trust. Respect and hearing for the needs of this world became our most powerful tool, stronger and more pleasant than we could have imagined in the beginning. Slu\\u0161ala sam \\u0161ta su mi govorili i analizirala. Njihova razmi\\u0161ljanja i stavove. Predloge. Hrabre ideje. Otvorila sam se toj novoj perspektivi i mada je bilo stvari koje nisam volela, shvatila sam da treba da ih prihvatim i u njima prona\\u0111em ne\\u0161to lepo i miri\\u0161ljavo. Neki ESTAR. <span class=\\\"Apple-converted-space\\\">\\u00a0<\\\/span><\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Intuitivno sam osetila da moj ton prema kupcima treba da bude li\\u010dan i neposredan. Postavila sam sebi isto pitanje kao Umberto Eko: \\u0161ta bi radoznali posetilac iz svemira prepoznao kao koncept moderne lepote? Da li je ona dosti\\u017ena? Kako? Jasno se se\\u0107am tog novembarskog dana: zavr\\u0161ili smo prve ESTAR gelove za tu\\u0161iranje, zapakovali ih, stavili etikete i poslali prvim klijentima. Bila sam neizmerno sre\\u0107na i ponosna, kako na sebe tako i na ceo mali tim koji je u tome u\\u010destvovao. Ali \\u0161ta dalje? \\u0160ta sa tim kremama? Kako najbolje do\\u0107i do novih kupaca? Kako im objasniti na\\u0161e vrednosti i principe? Pitanja su se re\\u0111ala, ali vera u uspeh nije jenjavala.<span class=\\\"Apple-converted-space\\\">\\u00a0<\\\/span><\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>\\nTaj period bio je lep, prijatan i pun entuzijazma. Se\\u0107am ga se kao vremena kada sam bez suzdr\\u017eavanja i straha ostvarila svoj san. Vremena bez \\u201c\\u0161ta ako\\u201d analiza, mentalnih aritmeti\\u010dkih kombinacija, bez kalkulacija, finansijskih ciljeva i bilo kakvih predvi\\u0111anja i projekcija.<span class=\\\"Apple-converted-space\\\">\\u00a0<\\\/span><\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p><br \\\/>Nakon tog lepr\\u0161avog, pomalo naivnog perioda, odjednom se naobla\\u010dilo: brojne prepreke su se re\\u0111ale. izazovi realnog sveta na kraju su ubili magiju. Iskrena komunikacija vremenom se pretvorila u \\u010dvrsto poverenje. Po\\u0161tovanje i sluh za potrebe ovog sveta postali su na\\u0161i najsna\\u017eniji aduti, kvalitetniji i prijatniji nego \\u0161to smo se ikada mogli nadati.
